Ross+Leo gladly accepts custom orders for 1" magnets and pins!
Depending on the size of the order, turnaround time is generally 7-10 business days from receipt of artwork, prompt approval of the electronic proof, and shipping time. Artwork can be different for each piece. The visible face of the magnet/pin is 7/8” plus bleeds.
Purchase your shopping cart order and pop us an email with the following information:
1. Your name, address the order will be shipped to, and the date you need the order by.
2. Will you be needing super strong magnet or pin backings?
3. High resolution JPEG images (150dpi) in RGB color space at a minimum of 2”x2”.
$6.00 flat rate shipping on all domestic USA orders via USPS.
$25.00 flat rate shipping on all international orders outside of the USA via USPS. We refund the difference in actual shipping costs after the order has been shipped. Feel free to contact Jessica for an international shipping estimate or to make special arrangements for expedited shipping.
Ross+Leo hopes you love your goods. In case you do need to make a return, please contact Jessica within 7 days of receipt. We can only accommodate full refunds of goods that are in unused and saleable condition. Shipping is non-refundable. Ross+Leo is not responsible for lost or missing goods.
